Fergus Macdonald : Life and Times of Fergus S. Macdonald

Sorry!

Posted on Saturday 17 December 2005

Oh well my faithful fans. Unfortunately i think you may have to wait a while for the rest of my photos. Net access in Cambodia isn’t too quick the few places i have been so i may not get round to uploading anything for a while.
So far Phnom Penh seems quite cool - there is the mandatory group of guys hassling you in the backpacker areas, but once outside there it seems pretty cool. Going to the museum of the prison where Pol Pot held over 17,000 people captive before sending them to the ‘killing fields’ where they were blugeoned to death to save bullets! Over 2 million Cambodians died during his campaign. Sorry for all the emotional stuff but you can’t really come here and not learn about it.
I’ll make the next one more cheery!
