Well…the fantasy that is the World Cup has finished for another 4 years.
The talented Scottish side unfortunately failed to make the cut this year due to a nasty case of the runs that meant all the top players couldn’t play for…erm…well…about 20 years now.
So, using the power of my dual nationality, i was proud to be shouting Vive La France!!! Unfortunately i managed to fall asleep last night and miss most of extra time…so am still to see Zidane’s headbutt! However, no point being sad they lost…at least they got all the way to the final!!
I foresee some diet changes and some imodium on the cards for the Scots…and i reckon we’ll go all the way next year. All the way out during qualifying that is!!
