Just been on the phone with a very nice chap from customer services at Bose.
Fantastic customer service and all products come with a 30-day trial period, so i’ve just ordered two pairs of headphones - the Triport Around Ears and Triport In Ears! Pay up front, but you can return them for any reason in the first 30 days! Can’t wait to get them…and see what they’re like.
Seems like a great strategy for this type of product. If you are going to spend £100 on a pair of headphones, you really don’t want to be standing in the middle of shop and have a 5 minute listen to a CD that you’ve never heard before and don’t like. This way, you can try them out in your house, on your bike…or wherever you want, however you would normally wear them and really find out what they’re like. Not sure if i’ll keep either of them, but really looking forward to trying them!
